Job responsibilities

As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for planning and conducting user research to inform design and product decisions. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to identify user needs, test usability, and uncover insights that drive meaningful improvements. Your work will involve a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, synthesizing findings into clear recommendations to enhance user experience and support business goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. You must be proficient in industry-standard design tools and have excellent communication skills to articulate and present your design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in a similar product design role is essential for success.

• A strong portfolio of successful UX/UI design projects is required.

• Experience working in an agile development environment is highly desirable.
