Job responsibilities

As a Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and align with our business goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop partnership strategies, negotiate agreements, and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Your role includes tracking performance, uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring mutual value is delivered through every collaboration.

You must be proficient in industry-standard design tools and have excellent communication skills to articulate and present your design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in a similar product design role is essential for success.

• A strong portfolio of successful UX/UI design projects is required.

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is key.

• Experience working in an agile development environment is highly desirable.
